Tokyo Ramen Tabushi

The words I heard about Tokyo Ramen Tabushi practically succeed in dragging our lazy ass to Kelapa Gading. It located in the main boulevard street across Mall Kelapa Gading. The place was much more humbler than what I had in mind before visiting. The ruko is quite narrow with only few tables inside. It was on Saturday night when we visited the place, yet it was only two tables filled including ours.

With options of Chicken & Pork as the topping and broth selections, Tokyo Ramen Tabushi comes with several choices of ramen. We ended choosing their popular Tabushi ramen (Tonkotsu ramen with bonito (fish oil sauce) flavor) 48k, Shoyu ramen (Tonkotsu ramen with soy sauce flavor) 48k, Roasted pork belly 28k and Grilled gyoza 28k.

Being said as the flagship product of Tabushi ramen, I didn't taste any addictive effect from their Tabushi ramen. Came with two slices of char su, half tamago, and a slice of seaweed, the pork bone soup looked a bit dark due to the fish oil sauce addition. It tasted a bit sweet for me. I like the shoyu ramen better as the broth was saltier and more savory. The roasted pork belly and grilled gyoza was okay, well seasoned with quite big portions.

Overall, was I impressed? No.
